Last night at the Oregon Convention Center I had the privilege to attend an event hosted by The Portland Business Journal, recognizing the 100 Fastest Growing Companies in Oregon and SW Washington.

The event was a lot of fun, with over 1000 people in attendance, it provided a very insightful look at the type of companies, leaders, and corporate cultures that are thriving in today's business climate. The honoree's spanned across every conceivable vertical market, and I think gave great insight about why some businesses thrive.
